Dundee have struck a pre-contract agreement with Falkirk striker Rory Loy.
The 26-year-old former Rangers youth will join Paul Hartley's Dens Park outfit in the summer.
Loy started his career at Ibrox but, after loan stints with Dunfermline and St Mirren, he made just two appearances for the Light Blues before being released.
A move south to Carlisle produced eight goals in 57 appearances, but it was his Falkirk switch in the summer of 2013 that has prompted his best run of form.
Loy has scored 32 times over the past 18 months with the Championship side.
He was among the nominee's for last season's PFA Championship Player of the Year after netting 21 times during the Bairns' run to the play-offs.
So far this season, Loy has found the net 11 times, including goals in wins away to both Hearts and Hibernian.
