MORTON will pay a weekly fee to Rangers as part of the loan agreement for midfielder Robbie Crawford.
The Ibrox kid made his Ton debut against Alloa last Saturday and is set to feature when Jim Duffy's side face Airdrieonians this afternoon.
Cappielow chairman Douglas Rae said: "It's a commitment to bring someone like Robbie to Morton on loan. You don't get them for nothing - I wish you did!
"You have to agree a payment, the going rate. It's a weekly fee that's negotiated, not an agreed percentage of his wages.
"Robbie will be with us for at least four months and we believe he will be a good signing."
