Jim McIntyre has been confirmed as Ross County's new manager after resigning from his post in charge of SPFL Championship side Queen of the South.
The 42-year-old replaces Derek Adams - who was sacked on August 28 along with his father George, the Dingwall club's former director of football.
Ex-Rangers and Scotland striker Billy Dodds has been named as McIntyre's assistant manager.
Steven Ferguson will continue in his role as head of youth development.
McIntyre and Dodds will take up their new roles with the Scottish Premiership strugglers today.
They inherit a Staggies side who prop up the standings after losing their opening five matches.
County's next match is at home to third-bottom Motherwell on Saturday.
Former Reading and Dundee United striker McIntyre took over at Queen of the South last summer and led the Dumfries club to a fourth-placed finish in the SPFL Championship in the 2013/14 campaign.
