ALEX NEIL has pledged to shuffle his Hamilton pack for tonight's League Cup tie against Alloa.
After guiding his side to their third-straight SPFL Premiership win with the defeat of Partick Thistle on Saturday, the Accies manager has told his fringe players they'll get their chance to shine against the Wasps at New Douglas Park.
Alloa's confidence is also high after their 3-0 Championship win at Cowdenbeath and Neil said: "They are resilient and a difficult to beat.
"They beat us twice last season when we probably played better than them.
"It is important for us to win the cup tie, but the league is the bread and butter for us. We need to ensure we are doing well at Premiership level.
"But this will give us a chance to give a game to some of the other lads who haven't been featuring recently and have a point to prove."
