HEARTS head coach Robbie Neilson has been issued with a Scottish Football Association notice of complaint after being sent to the stand against Rangers.
Neilson has been accused of using "offensive, insulting and abusive language" and has until June 14 to respond.
Neilson was dismissed by referee Calum Murray shortly after Hearts had a penalty claim rejected when Osman Sow went down under a challenge from Rangers goalkeeper Cammy Bell late in the first half of his side's 2-2 Scottish Championship draw on Saturday.
After the game, Neilson said: "To be honest, I don't think it was a penalty. There were a few other things building up before that that I thought were dubious to say the least.
"It was the first time I've been sent to the stand for shouting at an opposition player."
