SPL chiefs last night lifted their transfer embargo on Hearts after the club paid their players on time.
Now manager John McGlynn looks set to move for young talent from the Barclays Premier League.
The boss said: "It's good news. We have lost a couple of players so it might well come in handy that the transfer ban has been lifted."
