I am going to be very honest here and say that we could be in for a bloodbath in Saturday’s Calcutta Cup clash at Murrayfield.

Scotland v England is the game that seems to stir emotions to a level of intensity higher than any other game in international rugby.

It looks to me that England are coming up here keen to keep things quiet off the pitch and do their talking on the field of play – and that is totally in keeping with the character of their manager, Martin Johnson.

They still play a pretty forwards-orientated game and the first thing we will have to do is up our level at the breakdown.
