Rangers legend Stuart McCall put his Motherwell players through their paces at his former club's Milngavie complex ahead of the Hampden showdown.

McCall arranged the session at the multi-million pound venue with his former team-mate and new Gers boss Ally McCoist.

Hoops supporters are familiar with their Old Firm rivals helping their opponents.

Former Light Blues boss Graeme Souness trained at Murray Park with Blackburn Rovers before a Uefa Cup game against Celtic at Parkhead back in 2002.

McCall wants to stop Celtic picking up their first trophy since March 2009.
