The game will kick-off a year of activities for the 30-year-old former Scotland internationalist, who has played a massive 426 games for the Fir Park club.
The English team – managed by former Celtic defender Davie Moyes – last played at Fir Park in 2005, when former Well ace James McFadden captained the Toffees in an uneventful 0-0 draw.
lRoss County have confirmed the signing of Ross Tokely on a one-year deal after the defender quit Inverness Caley Thistle.
The 33-year-old made more than 500 first-team appearances before switching to Dingwall.
County boss Derek Adams believes Tokely's experience will be important as the club prepares for their first season in the Premier League.
He said: "At 6ft 2in, Ross is a commanding presence, both in matches and on the training pitch. He has a wealth of experience at this level.
"While a lot of our players have already played in the SPL, having someone like Ross, who played the majority of last season and knows the league and the teams so well, is a valu-able addition to the group."
