Clyde director of football Neil Watt hopes the signing of Lithuanians Aleksandrs Gramovics and Dimitrijs Borisovs can boost his team’s battle to beat the Second Division drop.

He said: “The move demonstrates we will try all we can to save our Division Two status, writes Bert Mitchell.

“One of the lads was on trial with an SPL club last season. We just have to see how they adapt to life in Scotland.”

Albion Rovers striker Pat Walker wants the Coatbridge club to kick-start their promotion play-off bid by notching a third win of the season over Livingston at Cliftonhill tonight.

Walker said: “We are not on a great run, but one win against the leaders would get us going again.
