Firefighters have evacuated a large hotel and conference centre after flames broke out in a spa.
Fire engines from Clydebank, Knightswood and Yorkhill community fire stations rushed to the Beardmore Hotel in the Dalmuir area of Clydebank at around 1:30pm.
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) arrived on scene in less than three minutes.
Four firefighters in full breathing apparatus made their way through heavy smoke to tackle the flames, equipped with a high-pressure main water jet and two smaller hosereel jets.
Crews remain in attendance and the incident is ongoing.
