A TEENAGER has been charged following a crash which saw two people taken to hospital.
Emergency services were called to the A803 Glasgow Road in Kirkintilloch at around 1.45pm yesterday afternoon following a report of a two-car crash.
A man and woman were taken to hospital for treatment following the incident.
Their conditions are not known.
Cops confirmed a 19-year-old woman has been charged in connection with the crash.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a crash involving two cars on Glasgow Road, Kirkintilloch, around 1.45pm on Thursday, April 25.
"Emergency services attended and two people, a man and a woman, were taken to hospital for treatment.
"A 19-year-old woman was charged in connection and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
