A couple of foodies flew all the way from the USA to try the scran at a Glasgow restaurant.
Scott and Denise travelled from the state of Indiana to enjoy a meal at Shawarma King on King Street - a trip of roughly 3600 miles.
The pair decided to make the journey after seeing the award-winning eatery on the Netflix show Somebody Feed Phil.

We previously reported that camera crews were spotted in Shawarma King for the seventh series of the hit programme, which sees Phil Rosenthal visit locations around the world to try the best cuisine in each.

A spokesperson for the restaurant said: "We would like to say a massive shout out to our amazing customers Scott and Denise who earlier this week visited the shop and let us know that they had travelled all the way from Indiana, USA to try out Shawarma King after seeing us on Somebody Feed Phil! Insane!!
"Thanks guys and we look forward to hopefully seeing you sometime again in the future."

We also previously reported that Shawarma King had been named the best kebab house in Scotland for the third year in a row.
The team picked up the gong at the 12th British Kebab Awards back in February.
