HORNE In loving memory of JACKIE, who died on 15th February 2018. Beloved husband, father, father-in-law, papa, great-grandpa and brother of the family. Sad and sudden was his call, His sudden death surprised us all. To a beautiful life came a sudden end, He died as he lived, everyone's friend. So sadly missed. Loving wife Sandra and family.
