RENFREWSHIRE FOOD GROWING STRATEGY AND RENFREWSHIRE CORE PATH PLAN
NOTICE OF DETERMINATION THAT THE PROPOSED RENFREWSHIRE FOOD GROWING STRATEGY AND RENFREWSHIRE CORE PATH PLAN WILL NOT REQUIRE A STRATEGIC ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
As required under the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, Renfrewshire Council has, in consultation with the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency, Scottish Natural Heritage and Historic Environment Scotland reviewed the likely significant environmental effects of the proposed Renfrewshire Food Growing Strategy and Renfrewshire Core Path Plan. Renfrewshire Council has made a determination under section 8(1) ofthe Environmental Assessment (Scotland)Act 2005 that the strategy and plan are not likely to have significant environmental effects.The strategy and plan will therefore not be subject to Strategic Environmental Assessments.
