Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.
Proposed development at 292 – 298 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5RU for Erection of mixed development with potential for Retail (Class 1), Food and Drink (Class 3), Business (Class 4), Hotel (Class 7), Houses (Class 9), flats (Sui Generis) and ancillary works.
A public meeting will be held at St Columba’s Gaelic Church, 300 St Vincent Street, G2 between 2pm – 7pm on 9th October 2019. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority.
