Notice of Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) to be published in a local newspaper under regulation 7(2)

The Proposed Development, Quarry Multi-Story Car Park (QMSCP), will help alleviate the increase in car parking required to support the delivery of the Clyde Infrastructure Programme at HMNB Clyde. The Proposed Development will be a split level, permanent multi-storey car park, comprising of ground level plus four and a half parking decks. The QMSCP will provide c.680 standard parking spaces.
Development site is Maidstone Road - HMNB Clyde, Faslane, Helensburgh, G84 8HL.

Inviting all interested parties to attend a public event on Tuesday 30th April 2019 at Centre 81 Garelochhead. The event will take place between 3.30pm to 7.30pm

The deadline for submission of comments to the prospective applicant is Tuesday 28th May 2019.

Any concerns made to DIO at this time are not representations to the Council and would not be considered as part of any future application. If DIO subsequently submits a formal application for planning permission, there will be an opportunity to make representation on the application to the Council.
