Sunshine on Leith has received five nominations for the Bafta Scotland awards which honours the very best Scottish talent in film, television and video game industries.
Peter Mullan has been nominated for best actor in the film which features songs by The Proclaimers and will go up against James McAvoy for his role in Filth.
The musical's Jane Horrocks and Freya Mavor will also go head to head in the best actress category.
Sunshine on Leith is also up for best film and best director awards.
The awards are one of the biggest nights in Scotland's calendar and are renowned for welcoming and honouring an impressive line-up of stars.
This year's ceremony will be hosted by television presenter Hazel Irvine and will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow on Sunday, November 16, when the winners will be unveiled at a glittering ceremony.
Jude MacLaverty, Director of Bafta Scotland, said: "We're thrilled to unveil the nominations and are especially pleased to announce Hazel as this year's host. The past year has been a very exciting one for Scotland's moving image industries and the quality of entrants for the awards is consistently high. The rising number of categories being awarded this year is a true testament to the amount of brilliant Scottish talent on our screens today.
"Hazel has been a permanent fixture in Scotland's media industry for many years and is passionate about celebrating Scottish talent, so will be a terrific host for this year's ceremony."
