AN ADAPTATION of Arthur Miller's blistering play All MY Sons will receive some real star power in Prestatyn.
The play. which will be broadcast to the Scala from The Old Vic in London by National Theatre Live, is set to star Academy Award-winner Sally Field and Bill Pullman on Tuesday, May 14.
Picture the scene - it's America in 1947.
Despite hard choices and even harder knocks, Joe and Kate Keller are a success story. They have built a home, raised two sons and established a thriving business.
But nothing lasts forever, and the loss of their eldest boy in the Second World War cast a long shadow over their contented lives.
With the return of a figure from the past, long buried truths are forced to the surface and their American dream shatters, laying its cost bare.
The play screens to the Scala on Tuesday, May 14 at 7pm.
