Daily Show host Trevor Noah has added a Glasgow date to his global stand up tour in 2020, it has been announced.

The comic will bring his ‘Loud and Clear’ show to the SSE Hydro on March 20 ahead of a sold out show in London.
Noah took over hosting duties of the Emmy-award winning current affairs show in 2015, replacing Jon Stewart in the main chair.
The South African comedian has written, produced, and starred in 8 comedy specials, most recently "Son of Patricia" on Netflix.

The tour will also visit Birmingham, Manchester and Newcastle, before continuing on to Ireland, India and the United States.
Noah has previously played critically accalimed shows at the Edinburgh Fringe and appeared with Kevin Bridges at the Glasgow comic's 'Live at the Commonwealth' BBC special in 2014.
