WITH the weather turning a shade colder, thoughts turn to richer creams and potions to keep skin hydrated.
I love the results and relaxation factor of a face masque at the salon but being fairly low maintenance rarely use one at home. It can end up feeling like another task to check off the to-do list rather than a treat.
However, I'm more inclined to use a masque that can be slapped on at bedtime and left to work its magic overnight.
Espa Hydration Therapy promises to result in noticeably smooth and luminous skin with a blend of moisturising seaweed, brightening Vitamin C, lavender to aid sleep and the anti-ageing elixir hyaluronic acid.
Simply massage the treatment onto skin until it turns white, allow it to sink in for five minutes then hit the sack.
It's a lovely product to use at night with minimum effort and the next morning my skin is noticeably plumper and smoother.
Espa Overnight Hydration Therapy, £37.
