A shopping centre in Livingston has teamed up with one of the country’s fastest growing modelling agencies to launch a Scotland-wide competition to find the official face of an Autumn/Winter promotional campaign.

The winner of the competition, which is open to applicants over 18, will not only be featured in the The Centre, Livingston's first-ever magazine, website and social media, but they will also win a year’s modelling contract with Superior Model Management.

In addition, they will also receive a £250 Gift Card to spend at the shopping centre, which boasts over 150 stores and restaurants, including Debenhams, Marks and Spencer's, Superdry, Topshop, Nando’s and Wagamama.

Judges of the competition will include the founder of Superior Model Management, Isla Rafferty, the management team at the shopping centre and reporter Zara Janjau from STV.

Ashley Bisland, Deputy Centre Director of The Centre, Livingston, said: “We are delighted to team up with Superior Model Management to run this competition to find a new catwalk star, which is a great opportunity for homegrown talent who are keen to forge a career in modelling."

Isla Rafferty, Founder of Superior Model Management, said: “Scotland has a wealth of talent when it comes to modelling which is why we’re really excited to be teaming up with The Centre, Livingston to help them find a rising star to front their new promotional campaign.”

To enter the competition, send two photographs (one close-up headshot smiling and one full length shot) with your date of birth, height and contact details to enquiries@thecentre.com by September 18.

The winner will be announced on September 19.

  • All entries must be willing to travel to The Centre, Livingston for a photoshoot on September 20 or 21 2017

  • The winner will be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.
