A TEAM of council workers are to patrol rubbish 'hotspots' including Clydebank, Dumbarton and Alexandria.
The Litter Control and Anti-Social Behaviour team from West Dunbartonshire Council will take to the streets in areas renowned for dogs' dirt and rubbish.
The local authority has taken a tough stance on the issue and has vowed to fine anyone who is caught making mess.
