A blaze at the Hunterston coal-handling port in North Ayrshire has been contained by fire crews.
Specialist units were mobilised to tackle a large fire in a ship loader and conveyor system at the terminal in Fairlie at around 9.45am.
At one stage crews had to be withdrawn as a precaution as part of the machinery collapsed.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service statement said: "Firefighting operations are currently ongoing and the fire has been contained. No injuries were sustained as a result of this incident."
