A woman is being treated for mild hypothermia after falling into an open drain while walking her dog.
She managed to call emergency services after the fall in Bruce Street in the village of Plean, near Stirling, at around 4am on Wednesday.
Police and fire officers managed to remove the woman from the culvert.
She was checked over by paramedics before being taken to Forth Valley Hospital for treatment for mild hypothermia, the fire service said.
