Traffic Scotland Picture
The M8 has reopened after an earlier lorry fire shut a section of the busy motorway.
The route, which connects Edinburgh and Glasgow, was forced to come to halt between J5 Harthill and J6 Newhouse.
Traffic Scotland posted a dramatic picture on Twitter showing the incident which led to vehicles being diverted through Lanarkshire.
