A 34-year-old man has been arrested after causing police to close off a street in Glasgow's East End.
Officers were called out to a disturbance on Armadale Street after the man had climbed on to the roof of a tenement building at 9.30pm last night.
Part of the street near Ingelby Drive was closed off and residents were being escorted to and from their homes.
Force negotiators and a police helicopter were sent to the incident and an ambulance was also on the scene.
At 10.45pm the man then came down from the roof and was arrested.
A police spokesman said a report has now been sent to the procurator fiscal.
