Police in Glasgow have seized a quantity of drugs following an operation in the city centre.
On Friday, October 13 at around 2.30pm officers stopped two people in Gordon Street and recovered a quantity of what’s believed to be cannabis.
The estimated street value of the drugs is approximately £71,000.
A 30-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman have been arrested and are presently detained in police custody in connection with the seizure.
They are expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, October 16.
