If you’re not getting the chance to head along to the big Christmas switch-on at George Square, fear not, because there are plenty of other amazing events taking place around the city.
The Evening Times has already reported on the Byres Road switch-on and all you need to know. Now, Princes Square has also revealed the date the boutique shopping mall will light up.

Head along to the Buchanan Street venue on Thursday, November 16 from 5.30pm to watch the popular venue become awash in light and take in the massive Christmas tree which is always popular with the city.
Goers can enjoy an evening of live entertainment until 9pm to mark the illumination of the centre with breath-taking Christmas light.

Enchanting live music will accompany a jam-packed schedule of magical performances, including close-up magic and glass orb juggling.
Shoppers will also be able to take advantage of gifts, giveaways, and offers from participating outlets in the centre to help get them in the festive spirit.
