GLOW star Brian Matthews had his assault trial adjourned until next year after changing lawyers.
It is alleged the 35-year old from Glasgow’s Merchant City, repeatedly punched Martin Morrison on the head last July at High Street.
Yesterday, Douglas McAllister represented Matthews when he appeared at Glasgow’s Justice of the Peace Court for trial.
He asked for the trial to be postponed because paperwork had not been given to the law firm now representing Matthews, and, for legal aid to be sorted.
