The Coca Cola Christmas lorry has caused massive delays at Silverburn Shopping Centre with shoppers stuck in the multi-storey car park for hours.
Angry shoppers took to social media to complain about the chaos caused by the truck.
One Twitter user @elysemclaughlin said: "I start work in half an hour and I'm still stuck on top of silverburn car park and it’s been almost 2 hours, my car has moved about 2 feet."
Another user @rosiesweeney_ added: "SOS being held captivate in silverburn multi-storey."
People stuck in @shopsilverburn car park should call 101 - police have said they haven’t had enough calls about it yet to warrant action. They’ll get traffic officers to the scene to assist if there are more calls. Since staff are beyond incompetent to deal with it #Silverburn

A spokesperson for Silverburn said: "Our car parks are currently experiencing large volumes of traffic due to the high number of visitors attending the Coca Cola event.
"We have over 40 staff members on the ground assisting in traffic direction and are doing our utmost to alleviate the situation."
The lorry will be at Asda Robroyston tomorrow November 12 as part of its festive tour of the UK.
