Train services have been suspended after damage to overhead wires.
A fault in electrical wires between Whitecraigs and Williamwood has caused delays for commuters.
Services between Glasgow Central and Neilston continue to be suspended as engineers assess the situation.

The route also serves Nitshill, Pollokshaws, Queens Park, Barrhead and Shawlands.
Trains on the Barrhead and East Kilbride route are unaffected and customers can use their tickets on this route.

Bus tickets can be used on various services by McGills and FirstBus.
