St Mirren's Jack Ross has been named the Championship Manager of the Month for December.
The former Alloa Athletic gaffer led his side to an impressive four wins on the trot to see Saints leapfrog rivals Dundee United in the race for promotion.
Despite opening the month with a shock defeat at home to Dumbarton, the Buddies turned their fortunes around and finished off the month by defeating United in a top of the table clash at St Mirren Park.
It's the third time he has collected the award, having been named Manager of the Month in both March and April last season.
That followed a drastic turnaround in the Paisley side's form, with Ross guiding St Mirren from relegation trouble to a comfortable seventh placed finish.
This season has been a drastically different tale for the club, who have fought off the likes of United and Dunfermline Athletic to lead the way at the halfway point of the season.
At the same time, Ross has overseen the rise of Lewis Morgan and the resurgence of Gavin Reilly, with the former securing a move to Celtic at the start of the January window.
