A NEW fusion restaurant combining Caribbean and African cuisine is set to open in Glasgow.
Manjaros, which already has branches down south, is due to open at Springfield Quay 'very soon'.
The restaurant chain's most popular dish is their Hotshot Parmesan which consists of a breadcrumbed, deep fried chicken breast, smothered in a layer of creamy bechamel sauce, grated cheese and then grilled to perfection.
Manjaros also describe their flavours and spices as "coming from the heart of Africa and the isles of the Caribbean coastlines."
Their website adds: "Selected dishes have been prepared to create a sensational deliverance of spices commonly used throughout generations in Africa and the Caribbean Islands."
More info on the opening date of the restaurant will be revealed soon but in the meantime check out their Facebook page for updates.
