A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after the car she was travelling in struck a bus stop.
Police were called to Auchinairn Road in Bishopbriggs, outside the Auchinairn Tavern Pub shortly before 3.30pm.
A female, believed to be a passenger in a silver Renault cleo car was taken to Stobhill hospital. Her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
A police spokeswoman said: "A car has hit the bus shelter. Inquiries are ongoing."
