SKY Sports presenter Jim White has shared a video of his co-star Kirsty Gallacher taking part in the flossing dance trend.

The Scot shared the video on Twitter and said: "Kirsty Gallacher was “flossing” tonight during a Sky Sports News break! Teaching me next!"

TV beauty Kirsty, 42, then joked, "Dreadful attempt! You’ll be better Jim White."

Glasgow Times:

The dance craze began in the states when teenager Russell Horning performed the routine during a Katy Perry performance on Saturday Night Live.

Also known as the backpack Kid, the Atlanta teen created the dance move and since then it has gone viral on the internet.

To do the floss dance move, you swing your hips in the opposite direction to your arms - which are in two fists.

After swinging your arms to one side, keeping them straight, you then move one arm behind your back, and bring it back out in front.

Your hips are swinging from side-to-side with each beat.

You then swing your arms out to the other side and repeat the same moves.

Start slowly, and then increase your speed as you get more confident.
