A SECTION of a major Glasgow motorway was blocked by a crash.
At 7.43am this morning, the Baillieston off-slip on the M8 westbound was closed due to a crash and debris being strewn across the road.
Both lanes were closed for around 30 minutes, however, lane two has no reopened.

Traffic Scotland warned delays were still to be expected with traffic slow in the area.
It said: "*UPDATE* 08:15 "#M8 W/B J8 Baillieston off-slip - lane 2 now OPEN, lane 1 remains closed following an RTC. Traffic still slow in the area.

A Trunk Road Incident Support Service team was called in to deal with the accident.
It is not yet clear if there were any injuries.
