A FORMER cafe in Easterhouse could be turned into a Chinese take-away if city planners approve plans.

An application has been submitted to Glasgow City Council for a change of use for the premises on Lochdochart Road.

Those behind the plans want to use a cafe as a hot food Chinese take-away.

It would open from 4pm to 11pm if the plans are approved.

A decision is expected on the plans by August 3.
