FRIENDS and family of a popular Glasgow man who died on holiday in Thailand have been told to dress 'dapper' for his funeral.
Tragic Joe Cairnie, 31, from Milngavie, was found dead in his hotel room in Bangkok earlier this month.
Now his friends and family will celebrate his life at his funeral in Cairns Church, Milngavie on Wednesday, June 27 at 11am.

In a notice circulating social media, mourners were encouraged to adhere to a dress code for the funeral.
The notice states: "Guys, as our Joe was always 'dapper', dress to impress with a bright tie. Ladies, dress to impress Joe."
It is understood several of his family and friends will also travel from Cambridge, where Joe recently lived, for the funeral.
We previously reported how the tragedy was a double blow to the Cairns family after Joe's 15-year-old sister Suzanne died.

A fundraising page to bring former Glasgow City Council worker Joe home was also set up following his death.
More than £13,000 was raised by mourners sending their wishes.
