A TEENAGE girl was taken to hospital after concerns were raised about her welfare in North Glasgow.
Cops rushed to the scene at the Milton playing fields in Scaraway Street at around 9.30pm last night.
The force said that they took a 14-year-old girl to hospital for treatment.
The Evening Times understands that youths had been hanging around the area and a small fire had started. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were called to extinguish the blaze.
A force spokeswoman said: "We were called to a report of a concern for the welfare of a 14-year-old girl. Police attended and she was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. She was released after treatment."
