COPS believe the body of a man recovered from the River Clyde is missing Justin Conroy.
The 24-year-old was recovered from the River Clyde, near to the Kingston Bridge at around 10.25am on Saturday.
Police said formal identification is yet to take place but the body is believed to be that of Justin Conroy. His family have been made aware.
We reported how the popular Dumbarton lad had vanished in Glasgow more than a week ago.
His parents Fiona and Pat Conroy previously said in a joint statement there was a massive gap in their lives without Justin.
They described him as a positive boy who always looked on the bright side.
A post mortem examination will take place in due course to establish the exact cause of death, which officers are currently treating as unexplained.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
