ROBBY MCCRORIE insists Scotland won’t focus on their Auld Enemy clash while they still have business to take care of in Ukraine this week.

The Under-21s are second in Group 4 ahead of the final two qualification clashes as they attempt to clinch a European Championship berth.

Successive wins over Ukraine on Friday night and England next Tuesday at Tynecastle will keep the dream alive for Scot Gemmill’s side.

And Rangers keeper McCrorie is confident the Dark Blues can finish the job after getting their campaign back on track with an impressive win in Holland last time out.

McCrorie told SportTimes: “They are big games and two tough games. We need to be respectful to who we are playing.

“Scot is a great coach and he will have us well drilled and hopefully we can go to Ukraine and win.

“That is the first game so that is all we are focusing on. It will be tough but hopefully we can get the right result.

“If you don’t do the business in the first game then the second one doesn’t mean as much. Obviously it is England and there is a rivalry there but in terms of the table we wouldn’t be in the best place.

“It doesn’t matter who you are playing or whether it is club football or international football, you can never look too far ahead. We will take it one game at a time and try and do the business.”
