FIREFIGHTERS worked through the night to tackle a blaze in a derelict boozer in Maryhill.
Crews rushed to the former Maryhill Tavern pub on Cumlodden Drive at around 8.50pm last night after the fire broke out.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were alerted around 8.50pm to reports of a fire at a derelict building in Maryhill.
“Operations control mobilised four fire engines to Cumlodden Drive and there are no casualties."
Crews left the scene at around 5.56am this morning.
There was road closures in the area but North Glasgow cops confirmed that Maryhill Road between Cowal Road and Shiskine Drive has re-opened.
