Services between Glasgow Central and Lanark have been disrupted in both directions, due to a person on the railway between Motherwell and Shieldmuir stations.
UPDATE: Services are now being allowed through #Motherwell at a reduced speed. @BTP remain on site to apprehend the trespasser. ^CT

Services are being allowed through the area but at a reduced speed while British Transport Police work to catch the person.
