A BROKEN down train is causing rush hour misery for commuters between Easterhouse and Airdrie.
ScotRail said it is affecting services in the direction of Edinburgh.
The rail provider said: “The driver is currently trying to reset systems to get the train moving. Once we have an update from the driver. we’ll provide more info.”
Alternative train routes suggested have been:
- Glasgow to Edinburgh via Falkirk High/Shotts
- Glasgow Queen Street to Falkirk Grahamston
First Bus ticket acceptance is in place between Glasgow and Airdrie on services 2, 38, 41, 43, 46, 60/A, 61, 90, 201, 240 and 255.
