FOOTBALL fans travelling to Glasgow for tomorrow's Betfred Cup semi-finals face disruption as replacement buses are set for parts of the rail network.

Journey times are expected to be significantly increased and travellers urged to make alternative arrangements.

Elsewhere, Scotrail have confirmed they will be introducing additional carriages on the day to cope with the large demand on the network.

Travellers are being asked to allow additional time for travel, as queuing systems will be in place at Glasgow Central and Queen Street prior to kick off, and at Mount Florida / Kings Park and Haymarket after the final whistle.

Before the match, Rangers supporters will be queued down the old carriage drive located towards platforms 11-15 at Glasgow Central. The Rangers queue will be serviced from platforms 9-11.
