EMERGENCY services have rushed to the north of Glasgow after a bus crash which narrowly avoided hitting a house.
The incident in Springburn’s Syriam Street involved a First Bus and a car.
An eyewitness at the scene told the Evening Times: “The street’s been closed off as a bus and two other vehicles have been involved in a crash. The bus narrowly missed a house.”

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “At around 10.20am, police were called to a report of a road crash involving a bus and a car in Syriam Street, Springburn.

“The bus appears to have collided with a fence after the crash. Emergency services are in attendance.”
