A SECOND teenager has appeared in court charged with hitting a man with a traffic cone and attempting to murder him.
The 15-year-old allegedly carried out the murder bid on Jamie Keenan, 24, on October 26 at Cadogan Square Car Park on Cadogan Street.
It is claimed that while acting with another, he pushed Mr Keenan on the body and caused him to fall to the ground.

He allegedly repeatedly punched, kicked and stamped on his head and body and struck him on the body with a traffic cone, to his severe injury, danger of life and attempted to murder him.
The schoolboy made no plea when he appeared in private at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday where he was represented by Ian Moir.
He was released on bail and is expected to appear at court again at a later date
