A MAN has been arrested in connection with two fires at a petrol station in Bearsden.
The 20-year-old was arrested this week - but the Evening Times understands no charges were brought against him.
It is understood he has been released pending further enquiries by detectives who are investigating the series of fires at the BP petrol station on Stockiemuir Road.
We previously reported that crews tackled a second fire in the early hours of Friday morning.
It came after cops appealed over another fire which happened on October 30.
The building suffered extensive damage during that fire.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Enquiries are ongoing."
