COPS are continuing their investigation into a report that a firearm was seen at a block of flats in Maryhill.
Armed cops carried out a military style operation as they responded to a report that a firearm had been seen at the Glenavon Road flats on Monday morning.
We reported yesterday that a search was carried out within a property in the block of flats and three men were arrested in connection with incident.
Police Scotland, however, confirmed on Tuesday that the men, aged 30, 30 and 26, have been released pending further enquiry.
The force previously told The Evening Times that no firearm had been discharged.
